Pitching In Northern Premier League Midlands Division
Saturday 22nd January 2022
Kick off @ 3.00pm

Match sponsored by: Bill Parker
Match Ball sponsored by: Jenny & Mick Wells

Chasetown are tomorrow’s visitors to The Bridge and with them sitting in third place in the table this is going to be another tough game as we continue our battle to get out of trouble at the bottom of the Pitching In Northern Premier League Midlands Division.

As you would expect from a team pushing hard at the top of the table the Scholars’ form has been good although recent defeats away at Shepshed Dynamo and Sporting Khalsa haven’t helped their cause. Their last road trip was much more successful though and saw them win 4-1 at Yaxley a couple of weeks ago.

Lance will be looking for a reaction to last weekend’s disappointment at Soham, a result that saw us fall behind our local rivals and slip to the bottom of the table in their place. Ryan Towner, Lee Smith and Evan Key will all be assessed tomorrow ahead of the game and the Gaffer would welcome the return of any or all of these experienced campaigners sooner rather than later.

We will be in action again on Tuesday evening when we host Ely City in the Cambridgeshire FA Invitation Cup Quarter-Final before heading to Yaxley next weekend for our next NPL Midlands league game.

Help us to speed up entry into the ground by getting your tickets in advance through our online ticket site here. Once you have an eTicket it’s just a simple scan when you get here and you’re in, no more standing in the cash turnstile queue! We are also able to take contactless payment but if you want to pay cash then that is fine too, just remember that the cash turnstile can get a bit busy as we near kick-off so try and get here in good time.

See you there!

Kick-off at 3pm.

Turnstiles open at 1.30pm

Tickets available here.
