As part of our preparation for the new season we are introducing a number of new ways for supporters to purchase tickets and ease access to Bridge Road on a match day. Supporters will be aware that we may have to limit capacity for some games whilst at every game we are required to gather contact information for Track & Trace purposes.

As well as making Season and Half-Season Tickets available to buy online we are now pleased to announce that individual match tickets can now be purchased through our new Match Ticket portal. Created in partnership with Kaizen Ticketing, supporters can use the portal to purchase tickets on a match by match basis.

How does it work?

Supporters can access the portal via the online Club Shop and clicking the Match Tickets option. This will open a new page from which you will be able to purchase tickets for any available games.

As a part of the purchase process you will be required to set up an account and enter your details.

Once your purchase is completed you will be sent an email with an e-ticket attached as a PDF.

On match day

Either print out your e-ticket and bring it with you or ensure that you can open the PDF on your smartphone when you get to the ground. In order to get in we will need to scan the QR Code on the e-ticket at the turnstile and once that is done that’s it, you’re in.

Why do this?

We are required to gather contact details for every individual in the ground for every match and we are trying to make the process as simple and quick as possible so as to minimise any queuing before kick off. We cannot and will not cut corners with this even if the game is about to kick off.

Therefore where possible we are encouraging all supporters to provide those contact details in advance either through a Season or Half-Season Ticket or by purchasing a match ticket in advance.  Of course the option to pay by cash at the turnstile will remain but we would urge supporters opting to pay this way to please have the correct money available so that we can minimise cash handling and be prepared to let us have your contact details once through the turnstile.

It is also possible that some games may have to be all-ticket if the anticipated crowd numbers look likely to exceed the allowed capacity. Should this be the case for one or more games then tickets for these games will only be sold via this portal. Supporters should note that Season Ticket Holders will have priority access in such situations and will also have priority to purchase tickets for FA Cup and FA Trophy games should any of these need to be all-ticket.

What else do you need to know?

We are in the same boat as every other club and are trying to get everything in order before we start playing competitive games again. As the season progresses we will continuously review our arrangements for staging games and our procedures and operational plans may change. We hope that you understand that every effort is being made to ensure the safety of all visitors to Bridge Road and that we are doing everything in our power to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible.
