Following approval from both the United Counties League and our opponents Long Buckby, our scheduled fixture on Saturday November 5th shall now take place with a 2pm Kick Off.
Histon Football Club would like to place on record their thanks to both parties for agreeing to this amended kick off time.
This change comes at a time when utility bills across the board, in both commercial and residential properties have risen dramatically in the past few months. Given the option to make this change by The United Counties League, it was agreed unanimously by the club’s board of directors that in order to reduce outgoings we would consider amending kick off times during daylight saving times. This will initially be on a trial basis, with a decision on other winter fixtures to be made in due course.
