Prior to our match against Stamford this coming Saturday the local British Legion will be conducting a short Remembrance parade to honour those who fell in two World Wars and other conflicts in service of their country. To show our gratitude to those who have served our nation, Histon FC would like to offer free entry to Bridge Road to all current and former members of the armed services to watch this Saturday’s match free of charge. Please be sure to bring your Service Identity Card (SIS) with you and present it at the turnstile prior to the match.
For those new to Bridge Road, the bar will be open throughout the game, as will the food outlet selling hot and cold drinks, burgers, hotdogs, chips and confectionery. We have ample under cover seating and a warm welcome comes as standard.
Kick-off is at 3.00pm with the Remembrance parade and laying of a wreath taking place just prior to the match getting under way.
