Tonight we’re in action again, this time we travel to Dereham Town’s Aldiss Park for our next Pitching In Isthmian League North game.
Charlie Lewis’s last gasp winner at Witham on Saturday made it two wins from two on the road in the league and a positive result tomorrow night would keep our good start to the season going.
Last season we picked up a point from this fixture in a 0-0 draw that saw a battling Stutes performance protect the clean sheet after Lee Smith’s first half red card. Dereham will present a stern test though and have won their last two in the league after losing their first two. Those victories came at Heybridge Swifts on Saturday (3-0) and against Cambridge City at Aldiss Park (1-0) last Tuesday.
