We are delighted to announce that Lewis Mair has returned to Bridge Road, moving from Ely City to join Lance’s First Team squad.
The 20 year old left sided defender/midfielder is back at The Bridge after making 20 appearances for us over the 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons. He moved to Sheffield in the summer of 2022 but returned to do pre-season with Cambridge City before signing for the Robins for whom he has made 5 appearances this season, the most recent of which was on Tuesday night against Mildenhall Town.
On signing Lewis, Lance said “I’m really pleased to be able to bring Lewis back to the club. He’s got pace, will get up and down and brings some competition for places into the squad. From working with him in the past I know he’ll bring quality and desire to the team and help us to kick-start our season”.
