After a shaky start we came from a goal down to run out comfortable winners on Saturday. The home side took a deserved lead on 18 minutes and could have added to that before James Carman’s 31st minute equaliser. Yarmouth defender Ady Ager saw red soon after in an off the ball incident and from there we never looked back with Pat Bexfield, Matt Hayden (twice), Casey Phillips and Evan Key adding to the score sheet.
James Carman gets on the end of Tommy Wright’s low ball into the box to equalise, 1-1.
This time it’s Pat Bexfield on the end of Wright’s ball across to put us 2-1 up before the break.
Early in the second half, Matt Hayden’s close range finish makes it 3-1 after good work by Danny Gould on the left.
Casey Phillips heads home Max York’s throw, 4-1.
Evan Key makes it 5-1 with a header from Bexfield’s corner.
Matt Hayden completes the scoring with a good run and finish for his second of the game, 6-1.
