Well we left it late, again! Max York’s 93rd minute strike won all three points for us last night at The Bowl and stretched our lead at the top to 12 points after both Godmanchester Rovers and Woodbridge Town dropped points.
Dan Brown had put us ahead in the 16th minute but once Adam Hampson had brought the hosts level with 15 minutes to go we had to withstand some heavy pressure as the hosts went for the winner. It wasn’t to be for them though and the skippers’ late goal meant we brought all the points back home with us.
