Day was appointed to the coaching staff in June 2014 by Manager Brian Page and is responsible for overseeing the newly formed Under 21’s side at the club alongside responsibility for the Under 18’s team. Day has many years of coaching experience behind him particularly with developing young players, and has been the Cambridgeshire County Under 18’s Manager for a number of years now, a role he continues to combine with his duties at Histon.
