Our latest pre-season game ended in a 3-1 win at a wet and blustery Mildenhall Town yesterday afternoon. Ed Rolph’s cross shot went in off the far post to give us the lead just before the break and then we extended that lead within a couple of minutes of the re-start as Rolph got his second when a shot on the turn took a deflection and rolled into the net. Almost immediately after that Danny Gould broke at pace on the right before playing in Buster Harradine who finished with a powerful drive past the keeper before the hosts got one back with ten minutes or so remaining.
