A graduate of the Histon FC Scholarship Programme, Fulcher consistently impressed as he moved up through the age groups and earned a senior debut from the bench during 2012-13. He spent much of the 2013-14 season on loan at Huntingdon Town gaining valuable experience, and his performances for the Histon Under 21’s last season were recognised with more regular game time at First Team level. A central midfielder with a wide range of passing who made over 30 senior appearances last season.
