After Tuesday night’s disappointment at Wisbech Town in the Invitation Cup we are back in league action at Bridge Road tomorrow, weather permitting, when we welcome Bugbrooke St Michaels for our third home league in a row.

The inevitable heavy pitches at this time of the year take their toll on players and manager Chris Nunn is unlikely to be able to call on Will Summerfield, Marcus Cole or Ellis Leka. On the plus side, versatile right-sided defender/midfielder Luke Bullement completed a move from Cogenhoe United today and will go straight into the squad as we look to extend our unbeaten league run to five games, and right back David Pepple could be in contention again after recovering from a hamstring problem.

Our visitors came out on top in the reverse fixture at their place earlier in the season and sit in a comfortable tenth place in the table, seven points ahead of us. Recent form has been good with three wins from their last four, the latest a 3-2 win at GNG Oadby Town last Saturday.

The Bar and Burger Bar will both be open as usual with cash and contactless payment available at both. The Burger Bar is supplied by Histon Chop Shop whose burgers and sausages are hand made to order for the club whilst we also offer Pies, as well as chips (of course!).

Turnstiles open at 1.30pm.
