The Football Association have announced the draw for The Women’s FA Cup, First Round Qualifying.
The Stutes have been drawn at home to Lawford Ladies of the Eastern Region Football League, Division One South. This is the equivalent level to that of Kevin Jacklin’s side, where last season the Colchester side finished in fourth place in the nine team division.
Due to this draw the planned pre-season fixture between the two sides this coming Sunday has been postponed.
The Cup tie shall take place on Sunday September 10th at Bridge Road, Kick Off 2pm. The winners of this fixture are set to head to Bungay Town in the Second Qualifying Round.
