Dan Brown struck 10 minutes into the second half to score what proved to be the winner at the King George V Field yesterday afternoon. In a game that never really caught fire, Brown worked his way into the area on the right and got past the keeper then, with a near impossible angle to overcome managed to steer the ball across goal into the far corner.
With just a week left of the season our next game sees us welcome Newmarket Town to The Glassworld on Tuesday evening before traveling to Framlingham Town next Saturday for our final game of 2018/19.
