United Counties League football returns to Bridge Road this coming Saturday with the visit of title-contenders Rugby Town. This is proper football. No pre-game show, no Tom Cruise monologue, no hydration breaks, no muppets, no geriatric pop stars or 30-minute half time break – just proper football for proper football fans!
With the new additions to our First Team squad, we are all set to have another crack at reaching the play-offs this season. The team is ready, the pitch is in tip-top condition and admission prices have been frozen from last season. So, bring the family down to Bridge Road and help us kick off the new season in style. The game starts at 3.00pm.
If you can’t wait until Saturday, we have the last of our pre-season friendlies at Bridge Road on Tuesday of this week against Downham Town. Kick-off is at 7.30pm. This game is the Stephen Parker Memorial Match for 2026 and the Eastern Counties Premier Division side should provide entertaining opposition for us to sign off our preparations for the 2026/27 campaign against.
