Tonight we head for Aldiss Park to take on Dereham Town in the BetVictor Isthmian League North.
The Magpies are just a point behind us in the table and tonight promises to be a big game with both sides looking to maintain their positions, pushing for the play-off places.
Town have been in good form recently with a three game winning run only ended by a 2-1 defeat at Bury Town on Saturday and their last game at Aldiss park saw them run out 4-1 winners over Coggeshall. Adam Hipperson was on target in that game and the Magpie’s leading scorer has now found the net in his last three games.
The sides have already met this season of course when we hosted Town at Bridge Road in September. Goals from Ed Rolph, Max York and a brace from Dan Brown gave us a 4-1 win on that occasion and Lance will be hoping for more of the same as we look to extend our three game unbeaten run before we travel to Bury Town on Saturday.
