Histon Football Club is delighted to announce that the following players have been retained, and agreed terms, ahead of the 2022/23 United Counties League Campaign:
Andy Ballester, Pat Bexfield, Olly Brookes, Bubba Camara, Bahador Chizari, Marcus Cole, Sam Collison, Chris Gough, Evan Key, Luke Lindsay, Sam Roach, Lee Smith, Rhys Thorpe and Ryan Towner.
In addition to the above players retained from last season’s side, we welcome the following members of the Youth Team, who have also been registered with the First Team:
Mar-Lee Fisher, Kieren McGinty, and Robert Mizon.
Regrettably, both Danny Gould and Ed Greengrass are currently sidelined with long term injuries. We will look to keep you updated with their progress.
The following players have departed Bridge Road for pastures new:
Victor Garcia- Relocated to his native Spain
Alex Stevens-Lee- Taking a ‘gap year’ to travel
Finley Wilkinson- Following a fine season last term, the 19 year old has been given the opportunity to progress into Step 3 football, with Hitchin Town.
Charlie Lewis- After returning to Bridge Road just before the turn of the year, Lewis has chosen to remain at a Step 4 side, in St Neots Town.
