A very experienced and talented campaigner, Josh signed on at Bridge Road in September 2020 following a string of impressive performances in pre-season. Starting his career at Norwich City Josh made a handful of first team appearances for the Canaries before moving on to play for a number of clubs locally.

After recovering from a serious injury that kept him out of the game for two years he returned to action last season with Godmanchester Rovers on loan from St Ives Town and Lance finally managed to get his signature this summer after previously trying to lure the midfielder to Bridge Road last year.
