Dennis Greene has made the first additions to his squad after running the rule over a number of players in pre-season games and at training.

Joining the Club are Claudiu Hoban and George Thomson, whilst Mark Kinsella joins the coaching staff.

Claudiu Hoban is a Romanian by birth but a British passport holder that played at Daventry Town last season and was previously at Kettering and Leicester City. The left sided winger impressed in pre-season games to earn himself the chance of Blue Square North football this season.

George Thomson is a central midfielder and a graduate of the Glenn Hoddle Academy in Spain. He made a couple of appearances in the Blue Square North last season with Hinckley United and will add competition for places in the centre of the park.

Ex-Irish International and Charlton Athletic midfielder Mark Kinsella has joined the coaching staff at the Club and brings a wealth of international and premiership experience with him. Mark spent last season as manager at Daventry Town and is a welcome addition to the staff here.

One further important signing is that of Remy Clerima who has signed a new contract this week. Remy has been a mainstay of the defence for two seasons now and has also been made Club Captain ahead of his third season in a Stutes shirt.

Dennis remains in discussions with other new and existing players and confirmation of further signings are expected in coming days as the manager looks to finalise his squad.
