Histon FC can today confirm the departure of Howard Willmott from his role as Academy Director with immediate effect and would like to thank him for his contribution and support during his time with the Club. The Board are currently in discussions with a number of candidates for the role of Academy Manager and it is expected that an appointment will be made within the next couple of weeks.

Training and Trial sessions that were scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday 30^th June) will go ahead at Hinchingbrooke as planned, where members of the Board will be on hand to answer any questions and allay any concerns that parents may have regarding the future of the Academy.

In the meantime, Peter Reeve has agreed to assist the Board by acting as an interim liaison between the parents, coaches, players and Board until such time as an appointment is made. Peter can be reached on 07954 401373.
