EASTERN JUNIOR ALLIANCE
Histon and Norwich City Regional Development Programme (RDP) announced a partnership in July 2019 aimed at recruiting and developing the best local young players into the youth development pathway here at Histon FC. The two clubs would work together to produce teams from Under 13’s to Under 16’s that would be jointly coached by the two clubs with future outcomes anticipated of progression into either club’s Scholarship Programme at Under 17 level.
For the 2023/24 season we shall operate a full quota of sides at Under 13, 14, 15 and 16 age groups operating in the Eastern Junior Alliance.

Our partnership with Norwich City RDP was launched in 2019 with the first of our teams competing in the EJA for the 2020/21 season.
Recruitment is always ongoing for our next Under 13’s side as the existing sides move up a year.
The EJA Partnership will provide selected boys in the area with a competitive weekly training and games programme playing as Histon FC in the Eastern Junior Alliance leagues. Training sessions & fixtures will be delivered by Histon FC management & Norwich City FC RDP Coaching staff.
As an addition, selected boys will also be offered a place in the Norwich City FC RDP Elite programme alongside their EJA commitments, to provide them with additional coaching hours and fixtures during half terms.
Our Under 16’s side, managed by Michael Brown will play their home games at the club’s main Bridge Road Stadium.
In 2021/22 the squad won their U14 division.

Our Under 15’s side, managed by Lee Keen will look to build on their EJA League triumph in 2022/23. This success came after the team won the League Cup as an U13 team in 2021/22

Histon FC is not running an U14 team this season.
